1. Please tell us a bit about your background. Where are you from and what or who inspired you to become an actor? I was working with the Forensics team at the school where I taught and kinda got bit by the bug. aAbout then Todd Sheets was looking for cast in Zombie Bloodbath 3 so I checked into it and wound up getting a part. 2. Who is your biggest influence as an actor? Biggest influence? Jeez, that's a big list. Karloff, John Spencer, Ossie Davis. It goes on forever. 3. Tell us about your recent projects "Song of the Dead" and "Slaughter Party". Song of the Dead is a zombie musical starring Reggie Bannister and it was a hoot! Both to make and to watch. I was really blown away by the music. Great stuff. Slaughter Party is a T-n-A slasher with a twist. Lots of fun and lots of great talent. I play "guy getting ass kicked in alley." 4. Of all the films that you've done, what would you consider your most memorable roles? Well I don't know if Cage from Zombiegeddon is the most memorable role, but that project was certainly the one with the most memories for me. I got to meet some awesome talent and made some terrific friends. Plus I got to fire lots of different weapons! Very cool! 5. What aspects of these characters do you identify with? Any time there's frustration with "The Man" I'm totally hip to that sentiment. That and kicking ass! 6. Your also produce films with Evilarab Productions. Tell us about that. Do you have any upcoming projects in the works? Evilarab Productions was set up to distribute some of my early work. It's defunct now. Or perhaps its more acurrate to say that it's been resurrected into Lantern Jack Films. We do short projects locally, but there are some feature projects on the back burner. Mostly horror scripts and thrillers, but stuff with brains, y'know? Not "Third Night of the Living Zombie Gorefest of Your Mom" kinds stuff, eh? 7. From an actor’s standpoint what is the most important thing a Director can bring to the set? First, be organized! Know what you want to do and get on with it. If the director shows up unprepared it sets a horrible tone for the day. Second, show some respect for the talent. I've done my homework so let's get on with it.

8. What is the biggest problem with Hollywood today? The money is so huge that the only stories that can get greenlit and the ones that have already been told and have a built in audience guaranteed to show up on openning weekend. Did we really need to make a movie of the Beverly Hillbillies? 9. Do you have any advice for aspiring actors? Have fun, because for most of us that's all there's gonna be. 10. When all is said and done, what 3 things would you like for people to remember about you? Honest, professional, watchable. 11. Here's where we give you a word or phrase and you give us the first thoughts that pop into your mind. Hollywood: Wish I were there. Toxic Shock TV (shameless plug): COOL! Biggest regret: That I didn't start acting as a child. Biggest prick: I've only got the one ... ? The funniest thing that has ever happened to you on a set: My line was "Osage and Norfolk ..." and I got it backwards so it came out "Norfuckin Osage" We couldn't get through the scene without breaking up for like 20 minutes. Your biggest "break-thru" moment: Hasn't happened yet. You can only watch three movies for the rest of your life, which three: The Princess Bride, Kill Bill Vol. 1, Lord of the Rings (pick one) You can only listen to three albums for the rest of your life, which three: The Donnas Spend the Night, Ted Nugent, The White Album |
