In the only feature from this writing and Directing group it’s no wonder it was their only movie. Starring John Heard and Daniel Stern of Home Alone fame, this movie is about a photographer and a homeless helper volunteer trying to out what is happening to the local homeless population who have been befalling strange and mysterious murders. Following the trail only leads the two men to the sewers of New York City where they find more than they bargained for.

There is nothing special or spectacular about the directing of this particular movie, but it is one that ranks very high among those who love the Cult Horror Classics. The visual effects are cheap but effective, and the acting is not that of the greatest from this cast but it does beat your average daytime soap. If you’re in need of a good cheap thrill that’s fun and somewhat interesting, then this is the movie for you. As a corny B movie it’s one of the top of its class and it even spawned a sequel that was just as corny and rated as an even lower B movie. Definitely worth a rent if it meets your criteria, but if that’s the case you’ve probably already seen it.
