Variety.com reported today that Pan’s Labyrinth written, directed and produced by Guillermo Del Toro (Hellboy, Blade 2) has been selected by Mexico as its foreign-language submission for the 79th Annual Academy Awards. Pan’s Labyrinth stars Ivana Baquero, Doug Jones, Ivana Baquero and Sergi López.
