Actor Elijah Wood has decided to put on his producer cap with a film adaptation of Noir novel “Black Wings Has My Angel” by writer Elliott Chaze.
“I’ve always been intrigued by noir novels and noir films. I love that style. And to unearth something from that era that hasn’t been made into a film or is not a remake is really exciting. It’s a lost classic,” says Elijah.
“Black Wings Has My Angel” is a noir classic that follows an ex-con who stages an car robbery in Colorado accompanied by a call girl that he meets in Mississippi.
