I know I will be getting tons of shit for what I am about to say.

I think the pair of Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf as musicians and songwriters belongs in league with the likes of Lennon/McCartney, Stanley/Simmons, Page/Plant, Tyler /Perry, and Jagger/Richards.Steinman/Loaf has never gotten the credit they are due.

As to the music on this LP,Every damn song on here is a bona fide classic, 35 million times over. I hope Jim & Meat are enjoying having the last laugh.

OK, so I guess by now it is safe to say i have a penchant for punishment.

YES, I PREFER THE OZZY YEARS BEST!!!

However, Black Sabbath made plenty of great record, and a few bad lp’s with and without OZZY. Anywho, I like the “HEAVEN AND HELL”, “THE MOB RULES”, “LIVE EVIL”&”DEHUMANIZER” records. Some of the tracks from those LP’s are absolutely repsented here. But it is the 3 new songs one here that make this worth getting because the are fucking killer!!!!!!!! “THE DEVIL CRIED”, “SHADOW OF THE WIND” & “EAR IN THE WALL” are what makes this cd a must have for all metalheads!!!!!!!! I KNOW IT WAS A MUST FOR ME!!!!!!!!!
