Well you bloody lot…..I have discovered that Megadeth will be releasing a 4 cd box set entitled
“WARCHEST” on Tuesday,October 2nd. It is slated to contain tracks from all the Megadeth albums, as well as rare b-sides, stuff that was only on movie soundtracks, stuff from tribute albums (yes it’s the Black Sabbath stuff) and more. This is Dave Mustaine putting out for the first time ever in one package the proof that Metallica fucked up when they fired him, and that Megadeth is far superior. Basically, Dave has said he felt he was being held back in Metallica. This box set will be the proof of that. Besides, the best stuff in the Metallica catolog comes from “Kill’Em All” & “Ride The Lightning”, and both sides admit that pretty much everything on those albums was written by or with Dave Mustaine. The funny part is, Metallica will have to send Dave Mustaine royalty checks for the rest of his life. Living well is the best revenge…
