Here’s the Escape the Pear Room Walkthrough, or at least what we know so far!

HERE’S A MORE COMPLETE ESCAPE THE PEAR ROOM WALKTHROUGH CHEAT
Objective: Collect all of the puzzle pieces and put them on the bedside table.
- Examine the green pottle, there is a puzzle piece under there. There is one under the tablecloth. There is one in the curtains on the window ledge. Use every tool by the fireplace on the chimney until one falls. If the item is a belt, try again - you should get two pieces from this. Zoom by right-clicking your mouse on the left stocking, take another piece.
- Go to the tree. You navigate by clicking your mouse on the right and left hand parts of the screen.
- Zoom in on the rocking chair (Right Click and Zoom In), turn on the lamp and look at the shade.
- Zoom into the clock and set it to twelve, pull the cord three times and click the door. Santa has a piece in his hand. Just click on his arm like mad, if it doesn’t work the first time, pull the cords and try again.
- Zoom into the base of the tree.
- Take the star and put it on the reindeer head and zoom in on the chin.
- Go to the bed and place the pieces on the bedside cabinet once again.
- Open the drawer, take the scissors and another piece. Take the hat on the bottom drawer and shake it for another piece.
- Look at the painting for two more pices, place them in your inventory.
- Click each present and put them in your inventory. Pick up the piece on the floor.
- Examine the present, cut the ribbon and get a piece. Replace all presents.
- Lift the lamp, bed and find one behind the pillow and the far leg of the bed. Click the pillow up as far as you can, then sheet, then mattress and them base. Take the axe and one piece.
- Go to the door, lift the four corners of the rug by clicking on them and take two pieces.
- When you have all four corners up, click the middle and take the lighter.
- Examine the skis and boot.
- Lift the bucket.
- Clear your inventory.
- Find the tree, cut a sack of pears. Collect the ornaments from the tree and put them in the sack.
- Collect all the candles, light each one to remove. To do this, put them in your inventory and use the lighter on the candle.
- Replace the lighter in the rug by lifting up all four corners.
- Use the axe on the cake and chair for more puzzle pieces. Do this by picking up the cake and inspect, use the axe on the cake.
- Go back to the tree, select your Axe and Zoom. Clear each of the branches. Collect the piece from the top using the scissors. Open the sack for another piece and your santa gear.
- Empty your inventory, put the scissors back in the drawer and return the axe under the mattress. Yes you have to lift up the pillow, sheet and mattresses.
- Pick up the tree that you cleared the sticks from and bash down the door using the tree. Remember you MUST clear all of your inventory. To do this you have to place everything back where you got it.
- Get the final piece and the beard by using the fire poker and zooming in on the door. You’ll see it in the snow, use your fire poker on it and grab it. Use the broom on the snow pile outside the door and the shovel to get the last puzzle piece.
- Play the bells for the key - This is very challenging and requires a good memory and a pad of paper. You have to remember (or write down) the tune as you play it and play the notes it plays for you in the same order until a key drops. This is really hard, but you can do it!!!
- Remove all the presents and press button and the cabinet will move.
- Open the safe with the key for the Santa suit and the money.
- Replace the presents and key on the doorstep. Collect the rest of your gear. Click the doorway.

okay, TO chop dowm the tree you need to burn all the candels with the christmas lighter and take of all the borbals (you need every spare inventry space you can get ) the use the axe to chop down the tree leaving a red sack lke the one with the pears in.

Okay guys, this one is really really really tough. Zoom in on the clock (right click on the mouse), it makes it easier. Set it to 12:00, pull the ropes 3 times and press the door. Then you have to try to catch the puzzle piece.

I was able to get the Santa puzzle piece after about 20 tries, you just need to click like mad on the puzzle piece when he pops out…

look i have taken down all objests on the tree taken of all the green branch things apart from the bottom bit.i have taken off all the twigs and so its just a trunk and the green bottom bit.i have tried the sizzors and the axe and it wont go.help!!!!!!

Zoom in on the tree, you need to cut every little stick off — and I mean all the way down until you don’t even see a nub — and you must cut all of them off, even the little ones in the back. Then clear your inventory (completely empty) and click on the tree - or double click I can’t remember.

Select the axe and zoom in (using the right-click) on your mouse. Then cut them right at the base of the stubs.

You just click on the bells to play them.. once you play on, it will play a tone for you. You must click the right bell to repeat the tone it made. I would suggest writing which well and what order you did it in. If you mess up it automatically starts over.

The fireplace is pretty easy, pick up the fireplace tools - to the right of the fireplace.. Use all of them on the fireplace until something drops. If its the belt, keep trying - a piece will fall.

Zoom in, using the Rick-Click flash zoom tool. Then just click on the arms of the clock until they line up to 12:00

FOR THOSE OF YOU STILL TRYING TO GET THE TREE!
Ok to get the tree, my problem was that there was one TINY little stub near the bottom of the tree that I hadnt cut off yet, Try zooming in a lot and carefully looking around the entire edge of the tree to see if you can see it. Hope this helped.

Rebecca: to clear your inventory you have to place everything back where you got it.
Britany: The bells are a total pain, you just need to write the order that you get as you get it and if you mess up start over. The lighter is easy, just click all four corners really fast and then the middle. If a corner falls, try again. All four must be in the air.

zooming is impossible. all that comes up are some flash settings. i’m on a laptop. would that make the difference?

there is only one piece in the fireplace. that was a mistake in the walkthrough. don’t bother looking for it.

to zoom, right click. that will give you the flash settings, and one should be zoom in. click it. if you’re using a mac, well… don’t. or use the button that makes it like a right click… control or apple, i think.
to move the hands on the clock, click on them. the piece there is hard to get. i had to try, like, 20 times, literally. zooming in a lot can help.
to get the axe and other stuff under the mattress… you can click the pillow all the way up to the ceiling. try to keep it as high as possible, with the blanket, mattress, and box spring.
there IS NO SECOND PIECE IN THE FIREPLACE. to get the one out of the snow, sweep with the broom by the fireplace, and then scoop it over with the dust pan by the fireplace. if you follow the walkthrough, it tells you where all the other pieces are. i know because i finished the puzzle.
the sack of pears is the red santa bag next to the tree
the green ring at the bottom will never leave the tree. if you’re certain you have every single little branch off, really off, not a stub, and that your inventory is completely clear — completely. put your clothing away until you’re done breaking down the door — click all over the trunk, and eventually you’ll pick it up. try clicking on the tree part in the box closest to the hand in your inventory. this should select it. then, click the door.
the chair that you chop for a piece is the one on the left of the view with the kitchen table. chop the seat.
other than this, be patient, and actually try things. some stuff takes a while, so hang in there, and don’t be lame.

Hey guys, if anyone is still trying the game:
SANTA, CLOCK AND PIECE:
1)Right-click on the clock. Select “zoom in”. Make it twice. You sould see all the clock, and part of the ropes/cords*.
2)Now, set the clock to 0h00min (12pm). Ok?
3)Click on the ropes. Three times.
4)Click on the door OF THE CLOCK.
5)Santa will pop where should be a cooco*, with a piece. Get it, quickly.
6)”There is no 6th rule”.
If he hides in the door before you get the piece, repeat steps 3, 4 and 5.
To mount* the puzzle, it can be useful divide the sets of pieces: top, left, right, bottom, and core, before mount.
*My native lang isn’t English, so the marked words can be misspelled.

~to pick up the tree u have to remove everything on it first, u burn the candles take off the balls then put them on the sack from your inventory, get the axe below the 2nd matress(u have to click on the lamp, then click on the pillow,blanket,etc. till you reach the 2nd matress then click on the axe.)
~about the key on the bells. i thnk every game has a diffrent combination,

very dificult. but its necessary to hear the only one sound that give us the bell. then, repeat this sound, the bells will give you two, three, four, five, and six sound, depend on you play right each one. finally tou can see the key, and go open the box door. take the dress (belt, hat, gloves, skies ) and good bye

I’m missing one piece.. I have the key, but I can’t find the last piece.
I got one from the left stocking. One from the cake. One from the fireplace. One from under the champagne bottle. One in both drawers in the bedroom. One under the tree. One from the clock. One from the lamp shade. One from the rocking chair. One behind the pillow. One under the mattress. Two in the portrait. Two under the rug. One from the top of the christmas tree. One from the reindeer. One from the sack under the tree. One from each of the presents, and underneath the last one. One from the window. I’m pretty sure that’s all the ones I’ve found.. someone please help me with the last one. I’ve been playing this silly game for hours, lol.

Ok the combination to the bells that everyone has been after…… I’ve numbered them from left to right 1,2,3,4. You have to ding one of the bells to get it to start the sequence. It will give you a 6 sequences each with an increasing number of notes… so the 1st one has 1 note, the second 2 notes etc. If you make a mistake it will NOT let you practice, it will start again from the very beginning straight away!
B = Bell …………….remember left to right 1,2,3,4

I’ve still not finished this bloody thing…missing one puzzle piece!!

i have the pieces from the painting (both), the bed (all 3), ALL the presents, under the presents, the hat, the drawer w/ the scissors, the chair, the table, the windowsill, the reindeer, the wine bottle, the cake, the kitten’s mouth, the fireplace, the tree top, the bag w/ the santa gear, the rocking chair, the lamp, the ski boot, the rug (both), the bucket (both), outside, and possibly more i just forget where else (i know i got all the obvious ones….). i’ve checked through this walkthrough and except for the mystical extra piece in the fireplace, the only one i should be missing is the one in santas hand in the coocoo clock. so why do i have three empty spaces in my puzzle???
ps any tips on getting the one from the clock???
