Superherohype.com is reporting that the scheduled Tuesday January 20th court conference between Fox Studios’ and Warner Bros’ attorneys has been cancelled, fueling rumors about a possible settlement in the “Watchmen” case between Warner Bros and Fox. Fox initially sued Warner last February claiming the studio infringed on their right to make the comic book adaptation, and that Warner’s claim to the rights for the adaptation were in violation of Fox’s earlier ones.
