Chris Cornell has added ten more dates to his spring tour in support of his forthcoming album, Scream – produced by Timbaland and released by Mosley Music/Interscope on March 10. The 28-date tour now includes a Canadian stop in Vancouver in addition to U.S. cities such as Denver, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Witches Of Eastwick TV Pilot Starts Casting

According to a listing from the Hollywood Reporter on a slew of new pilots shooting in the upcoming future, actress Jaime Ray Newman has landed one of the three leads in ABC “Eastwick,” alongside Veronica Cartwright. Cartwright originally appeared in the 1987 film version of the tale, which also starred Cher, Jack Nicholson, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Susan Sarandon. Newman has previously appeared in the TV series “Supernatural” and “Stargate: Atlantis”. The pilot will be based on John Updike’s 1984 novel about a coven of witches in the fictional Rhode Island town of Eastwick in the 1960′s, who are plagued with troubles when a mysterious, Lucifer-like man named Daryl Van Horne…

NBC has announced that they are seeking $425,000 for a 30-second advertising spot on “ER”s April 2 series finale. The medical drama, who is closing its doors after 15 seasons, is saying goodbye with a two-hour-long episode that features the show’s original stars, such as George Clooney, Noah Wyle, Julianna Margulies, Maura Tierney, Alex Kingston, Sherry Stringfield, Eriq La Salle, Anthony Edwards and other cast members. John Sayles, known for both writing and directing films like “Silver City”, “Sunshine State” and “Lone Star”, has been tapped to pen the small-screen HBO series adaptation, based on the best-selling autobiography “Scar Tissue” by Anthony Kiedis, frontman of the rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers.
