Lovecraft”. “The studio has bought the rights to Image Comics’ graphic novel, with the project a possible directing vehicle for Ron Howard. Created by Mac Carter and Jeff Blitz for Image Comics, which has also given us “Spawn”, “The Strange Adventures Of H. P. Lovecraft” utilizes elements from the real Lovecraft’s life including his family’s struggle with mental illness and his struggles with writer’s block.
