Miramax and Focus Features Intl. have snagged the rights to an English language remake of the French thriller “Tell No One” from EuropaCorp.

The original 2006 film focuses on a doctor grieving his dead wife, the victim of a serial killer. Several years later, he is implicated in the deaths of two other people, and discovers that in fact, his wife might actually still be alive and a greater conspiracy is brewing around him.

Miramax and Focus will be co-developing the project, which Kathleen Kennedy has come on board to produce. No director or cast have been attached, but a start date of spring 2010 has been set for principal photography to begin on the remake.
