Working Title has confirmed that it is developing a third installment of the “Bridget Jones” series starring Renee Zellweger (My Own Love Song, Monsters vs Aliens) in the titular role.

The thus far-untitled third “Bridget Jones” film is still in pre-production and will no start production and filming until 2010. The first two films, starring Zellweger, are based on the hit newspaper columns and books by writer Helen Fielding, and the third film is reportedly most likely going to be based on the column as well.
