“Resident Evil: Afterlife,” the fourth installment of the adapted video game franchise “Resident Evil”, is gearing up to start shooting in Toronto September 28th 2009, according to Production Weekly and Comingsoon.net.

A release date has also been set of September 17th, 2010, with Alice, portrayed by Milla Jovovich, back. Paul W.S. Anderson has penned the script, with no director announced yet. Milla Jovovich will reprise her lead role as Alice in this fourth installment of the “Resident Evil” series, which takes off where “Resident Evil: Afterlife” ended in Japan.
