Variety.com is reporting that Stephen Moyer (”True Blood”) and Lily Collins (”90210″) have joined the cast of the live-action adaptation of “Priest” alongside Paul Bettany, Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q and Karl Urban.

Directed by Scott Stewart, the film is based on the world of the Korean manga and is about a desolate future world ravaged by a war between humanity and vampires. A warrior priest (Bettany) abandons his order to track down a roving gang of vampires, who slaughtered his family and kidnap his niece.

Moyer plays the warrior priest’s brother, and Collins plays the niece.

The movie has started filming today.
