The original was so good that I have to ask the question: do we really need a remake? This is just another example of the film industry backing a proven formula and rehashing it in order to make a quick profit?
The movie a nightmare on elm stereet I see with my friends, it looks to be achieving the essence of the original, while stepping it up a notch in tone and creepiness factor.
