Scott Kosar (“The Machinist”, the remakes of “Texas Chainsaw Massacre”, “The Crazies”) has been brought on to work on the screenplay for “Vlad”, Summit Entertainment’s take on the classic Dracula mythology.
The original script was written by Charlie Hunnam (“Sons of Anarchy”), and Anthony Mandler recently came on-board to direct the project. Brad Pitt and Dede Gardner are producing through their Plan B joint production company. Erik Feig, Summit’s President of Production, and Meredith Milton, VP of production, are overseeing the project. Jeremy Kleiner is shepherding for Plan B.
No casting information or any other info has been released yet about this project.
