The man who helped bring together the hit-making 1970s group KC and the Sunshine Band was arrested on March 23 in Ohio for having sex with teenage boys, the Huffington Post reported on March 25. Richard R. Finch was apprehended after a boy came forward, claiming the 56-year-old, who also produced such hits as ‘Shake Your Booty’ and ‘Keep It Comin’ Love,’ had sexual contact with him at his home in Newark. The Licking County sheriff’s office said the boy first made the allegations the week before they arrested Finch. He later admitted to the sexual abuse when he was being interviewed by police officers at the sheriff’s office. Finch…

Former Alaska Governor and Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin will star in an eight-part documentary titled ‘Sarah Palin’s Alaska,’ the New York Times announced on March 25. The TLC channel will air the mini-series, which will focus on Palin traveling across the state to show its beauty. There is no official premiere date for the travel show, as it has not begun shooting yet.
