Cary Elwes has been announced as reprising his role of Dr. Lawrence Gordon from the first “Saw” movie in the upcoming “Saw VII 3D”.

Hitting theaters October 22nd, he joins Tobin Bell, Costas Mandylor, Betsy Russell, Sean Patrick Flanery, Dean Armstrong, Gina Holden, Chad Donella, Laurence Anthony,and Naomi Snieckus in the latest of the “Saw” films.

In the seventh and latest “Saw” film, a group of Jigsaw survivors gather together to seek the help and support of self-help guru and fellow survivor Bobby Dagen (played by Flanery), whose dark secrets might be the start of something even worse than Jigsaw.

Kevin Greutert is directing the film, based on a script by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan. Oren Koules and Mark Burg will be producing “Saw VII 3D”.
