Eric Heisserer, who wrote the upcoming “The Thing” prequel for Universal and the first approved draft of the “A Nightmare on Elm Street” remake, has been tapped to pen the script for “Final Destination 5.” Tentatively slated for release sometime next year, no director or casting has been announced, though Craig Perry will again produce the latest film in the franchise. Actor Jeremy London has admitted to PEOPLE that his rise to fame on the hit shows ‘Party of Five’ and ’7th Heaven’ in the late 1990s and early 2000s led to a prescription pill addiction that jeopardized his career and his family. London moved to Los Angeles with his identical twin brother Jason, who’s also an actor, in 1993.
