According to the latest news reports, actor Corey Haim died of pneumonia complications and not an accidental drug overdose as earlier reported, watch the Associated Press report below. Haim, 38 was pronounced dead at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday March 10th at the St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Burbank, California. According to news sources, Haim was found unresponsive inside his Oakwood apartment between the Hollywood Hills and Burbank.
Perhaps best known for his roles in “The Lost Boys”, “Lucas” and “License to Drive”, Haim recently starred in “Crank 2: High Voltage”, “The Two Coreys” and “Lost Boys 2: The Tribe” with long time friend and co-star Corey Feldman.
