Terrence Howard is married again, to commercial production worker Michelle Ghent-Howard, Usmagazine.com reported on May 19.  The 41-year-old actor inadvertently admitted during an interview with Anderson Cooper two days earlier that he secretly wed her in a small ceremony in L.A. in January. A bench warrant has been issued for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest by Judge Marsha Revel, who has been overseeing the actress’ case.  TMZ reported that after Lohan failed to report to court in Los Angeles on May 20, the judge said she has reason to believe the ‘Mean Girls’ star has drug and alcohol problems.
