Even with a famous singer as a father, Kelly Osbourne admitted to Popeater.com on June 28 that “I’m never going to be a serious, serious artist.” With her father Ozzy set to release his latest album ‘Scream,’ she did say for her own career, however, that “The decision to go ahead and do another (album) has been made.”
As part of her album, Osbourne said she plans on going into her father’s studio to record one of her favorite childhood songs, but didn’t reveal which one. But she said it will be a re-imaging, but will keep the chorus the same “…so that you’ll know what it is.”
The singer, who is most remembered for covering Madonna’s hit ‘Papa Don’t Preach’ in 2002, said she would like to work with French DJ David Guetta, who achieved fame in America with the Kelly Rowland duet ‘When Love Takes Over’ last year. “His music is so, so fun. I love the beats,” she said.
