Angelina Jolie Travels to Ecuador for Refugee Work
Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010Angelina Jolie, who has not only built her reputation on her acting skills and her personal life, but as a U.N. human rights goodwill ambassador as well, traveled to Ecuador for the first time in eight years, the Associated Press (AP) is reporting. The Academy Award-winning actress traveled to the country’s border with Colombia to put emphasis on the abuses women and children refugees suffer in the country.
