The five remaining suspects in the ‘Burglar Bunch’ case, who robbed the Hollywood homes of such stars as Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Megan Fox, were indicted by an L.A. County Grand Jury on July 2, the Associated Press (AP) is reporting. All five, including Courtney Ames, 19; Rachel Lee, 19; Roy Lopez Jr., 28; Nicholas Prugo, 19; and Diana Tamayo, 20, plead not guilty.
They have all agreed to return to court on August 12. The judge raised the bail to $120,000 for several of the bunch. Lopez was one of the suspects to have bail raised, but since he couldn’t afford it, he will remain in jail until the next court date.
The indictment against the bunch includes many of the details the suspects put into planning the break-ins. Some of the details included floor plans for Hilton’s home, notations where her security cameras were and where an extra key was hidden.
Eighteen-year-old Alexi Neiers was the sixth person in the bunch, and was set to be tried separately. The star of the E! reality show ‘Pretty Wild’ pleaded guilty in the beginning of May after she found out Bloom was set to testify against her. She was sentenced to 180 days in prison for her role.
