Laurence Fisburne’s daughter Montana, who is set to debut her fist adult film, Vivid Entertainment’s ‘Montana Fisburne,’ later this month, was arrested last year for alleged prostitution. EOnline.com discovered Montana’s court records, and is reporting that it says she avoided going to jail by signing up for a work-alternative program.

Montana pleaded no contest to criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, on March 19 in a Hollywood courtroom. She was sentenced to two years of probation and 15 days in jail, but was able to do community service instead of serving her time. The court also decided to drop the charges of solicitation and loitering in a public area for the purpose of prostitution.

The daughter of the ‘CSI:’ star was also ordered not to have sex in a public place or a place “exposed to public view;” charge money for sex; hitchhike; or loiter in alleys or public streets “with the intent to solicit acts of prostitution,” as part of her probation. She also has to complete an AIDS-education class and submit to an AIDS test.
