Now the actor is changing his stance on another big issue-the death penalty, according to the new HBO documentary ‘If God Is Willing and Da Creek Don’t Rise,’ directed by Spike Lee. After Madonna branched into the fashion world with her daughter Lordes Leon earlier this summer, launching the juniors clothing line Material Girl at Macy’s, the singer is being hit with a lawsuit from California-based clothing manufacturer L.A. Triumph, RadarOnline.com is reporting. L.A. Triumph is claiming it registered the name Material Girl for its juniors line in 1997, and has been selling the line in such big department stores as Nordstrom.
