Lindsay Lohan was released from her court-ordered rehab on August 24 after only serving 22 days of a 90-day sentence, RadarOnline.com is reporting. The actress first entered UCLA Medical Center on August 2, as ordered by Judge Marsha Revel. Lohan secretly signed her release papers early in the day, in an effort to minimize the amount of press who would be waiting for her when she left the facility. Judge Revel ordered Lohan to 90 days in jail and a 90-day inpatient rehab program on July 6 after she violated her probation from a May 2007 DUI conviction.
