Balthazar Getty and his wife of 10 years, Rosetta, have revealed in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar that they are trying to work through their problems and save their marriage. The parents of four, who separated in 2008 after paparazzi photographed affair with Sienna Miller, also admitted the time apart was difficult for everyone.

“But I loved and missed my family too much not to make it work,” Balthazar said. “I feel like we’re better than we’ve ever been.” Rosetta said she’s willing to publicly talk about the affair”…because I believe we go through things in a public way to help other people get through it.” Rosetta also said that they haven’t explained the affair and separation to their daughters yet, but she will one day.  “I chose not to act from ego because I just felt like it would be too crushing for my children,” she added.

The ‘Brothers & Sisters’ actor was caught vacation with Miller in Italy in 2008, and the relationship last until May 2009. Miller later reconciled with her ex-finance, Jude Law, that December.
