Reese Witherspoon is ready to marry again, as PEOPLE has confirmed that her boyfriend, Jim Toth, has proposed. The Academy Award-winning actress began dating Toth, who now works as one of the heads of motion picture talent at the Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles, which represents Witherspoon, in January 2010.
PEOPLE first reported in October that Toth knew Witherspoon was the one for him, and began shopping for engagement rings. The news comes after the ‘How Do You Know’ actress broke off her relationship with her ‘Renedition’ co-star Jake Gyllenhaal last year amidst rumors that he wanted to marry her. Reportedly, she wasn’t ready for the commitment yet.
Witherspoon’s first marriage was to her ‘Cruel Intentions’ co-star Ryan Phillippe, who she met when she was 21. The two ended their relationship in 2006 after seven years of marriage and two children together, 11-year-old daughter Ava and 7-year-old son Deacon.
