Escape The Fate is commonly known as an American rock band. With the release of their Issues Remix EP on January 10th, the rockers’ status could heighten to include a variety of other genres.

Escape The Fate’s self-titled album dropped on November 2nd, 2010 via DGC Records. The first single, “Issues”, made its mark on Billboard Rock Songs chart, as well as America’s Music Charts for Active Rock. As if the band’s “fate” with the single had already been sealed, Escape The Fate just released the EP featuring remixes by Jakwob (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Lily Allen), LA Riots (Tiesto, The Tings Tings), Wolves at The Gate (The Cure) and Does It Offend You, Yeah? (Muse, The Raconteurs, Bloc Party). When the rock door closes, the electronic door opens.

Escape The Fate will also be giving fans the opportunity to make a remix of their track, “Issues,” by accessing www.Indaba.com and having the chance to win $1,000. This unique contest begins today, January 11th, through February 8th, with the winner being announced on March 8th.

The rockers exciting line up in the New Year continues with the announcement of their headlining tour with Alesana, Motionless in White, Get Scared and Drive A. ‘The Dead Masquerade’ tour kicks off in Arizona on January 20th and goes from coast to coast. Check out the list of shows below.
