Greg Kinnear and Jane Curtin have joined the cast of the upcoming movie ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It,’ Comingsoon.net is reporting. The two have joined already confirmed actors Sarah Jessica Parker and Pierce Brosnan in New York to begin filming the movie, which is based on the novel of the same name.

The plot of the best-selling book, which was released in 2002, follows a woman, played by Parker, who’s struggling to deal with marriage, children and a high-stress job. Kinnear plays her husband, and Curtin is set to portray his mother. Douglas McGrath, who previously directed such movies as ‘Emma’ and ‘Infamous,’ is set to helm the movie, which was written by Aline Brosh McKenna.

The Weinstein Company is set to release ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It’ in spring 2012. Harvey Weinstein, the co-chair of the studio, said he’s pleased with the movie’s cast, as “they will bring to life (Alison) Pearson’s funny, honest and moving characters.”
