Jane Goldman Denying She's Writing Kick-Ass 2

Jane Goldman has taken to Twitter to deny recent rumors that she’s currently writing the sequel to last spring’s hit ‘Kick-Ass,’ Collider.com is reporting. In two tweets, Goldman, who co-wrote the upcoming ‘X-Men’ prequel, ‘First Class,’ said that she doesn’t want to disappoint anyone, but the rumors aren’t true. While Goldman reunited with her ‘Stardust’ and ‘Kick-Ass’ co-writer Matthew Vaughn, who also directed the movies, to work on ‘X-Men: First Class,’ she is insisting that their next project together won’t be the follow-up to the superhero/action-comedy movie. “Currently writing for 2 other project, then on to lovely Matthew V’s next thing (right now, looks unlikely to be KA2) when X-Men…

Anthony Hopkins is currently in talks to portray famed movie director Alfred Hitchcock in the upcoming film ‘Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho,’ Cinemablend.com is reporting. Director Sacha Gervasi, who is remembered for his documentary ‘Anvil! The Story of Anvil,’ is rumored to be helming the movie, which is based on the 1998 non-fiction book of the same name. But Hopkins hasn’t been officially cast yet, as he’s working out the details with Montecito, the studio behind the movie.
