Today, news has been released that John Travolta, one of the people on the shortlist to play a Gotti, has been cast as Gotti’s son, John Gotti, Jr in the biopic “Gotti: Three Generations”. Lindsay Lohan will not be charged for allegedly assaulting a Betty Ford chemical-dependency technician during her treatment at the center in December, eonline.com is reporting. The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office confirmed the charge dismissal to E! News, saying that after reviewing the case from a local sheriff’s report, there wasn’t enough evidence to charge the actress. D.A. spokesman John Hall told PEOPLE Magazine that his office conducted its own investigation, and “It wasn’t looked at any differently than any other cases, and we didn’t put any special priority on this.” He added that the office had to re-interview witnesses in the case several times.
