Foo Fighters are on top with their seventh studio album release. Wasting Light wasted no time in climbing the charts. The Foo Fighters’ album has officially become the band’s first album to hit #1 in the U.S., selling over 230,000 copies in the first week.

Our congrats to the alternative rock band cannot be extended far enough. Wasting Light‘s debut doubled the six international #1’s scored by its predecessor Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace topping #1 in countries including the UK, Germany, Australia and Canada.
