The studio just released two brand new “Green Lantern” posters. The posters focus on Sinestro (Mark Strong) and Killowog (voiced by Michael Clarke Duncan). Overall, the posters look very impressive; the makeup/prosthetic work on Strong is awesome–he looks just like the comic book character–and the CGI work on Kilowog doesn’t look half bad either. In fact, these posters raise my hopes about the film. Some people have misgivings about how Clarke Duncan’s voice is going to sound coming out of Kilowog, but personally, I don’t see the big deal. Keith Olbermann, the MSNBC anchor who was let go by the network, is calling CurrentTV home now. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Olbermann’s show will be an updated version of “Countdown with Keith Olbermann” (and yes, it will still be called “Countdown”). The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that movie mogul Tyler Perry is about to launch his third television series on TBS. The series, called, “For Better or Worse”, will replace “House of Payne”, which will be ending after 222 episodes. “For Better or Worse” will follow Michael Jai White (“Black Dynamite”, “The Dark Knight”) and Tasha Smith (“Couples Retreat”)’s characters Marcus (a television anchor) and his wife, salon owner Angela.
