Here’s some wild news: music megastar Prince has prohibited celeb friend Whitney Houston from coming to his concerts.
AOL Popeater via TMZ is reporting that Prince is one of her celebrity friends that got sick and tired of being privy to her antics. According to the report, sources say that the banning situation arose from the behavior Houston engaged in while attending his concerts. According to the sources, she seemed to be intoxicated at each of Prince’s events. Houston then wanted to join Prince onstage, but his team denied her request because they “didn’t want her to embarrass herself.” Her “excessive ticket demands” were the last straw for Prince, hence his decision to ban her.
This news comes on the heels of recent news of her going back to rehab in order to combat her drug abuse. It also comes on the heels of news about the delay of Houston’s European leg of her “Nothing but Love” tour. Her recent relapse is reported to have occurred during the stint of the tour that included countries such as Japan and Australia.
