Penelope Cruz wore navy blue Casadei satin heels as she attended the photocall and press conference at the 64th Annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals for her upcoming movie ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.’ Also walking the Cannes red carpet in the Casadei heels on May 14, 2011, the Academy Award-winning actress paired them with a Stella McCartney black and navy sheath Fall 2011 dress.

Cruz is one of several actresses, including Drew Barrymore, Halle Berry, Katie Holmes, Kate Hudson, Angelina Jolie and Sarah Jessica Parker, who frequently wears Casadei shoes to public events. Cruz previously wore Casadei black satin blade heels on May 11, 2011, to the Moscow premiere of the third sequel in the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ series. The actresses frequently wear the shoes, as they’re known for their sophistication and attention to detail.
