The new trailer for “The Muppets Movie” gives us plenty more in the way of the actual Muppets than the first teaser trailer did. This trailer takes a cue from “The Hangover” films. The trailer also has fake reviews from fake websites and magazines like “The Hollywood Resnorter” and “Green with Envy Magazine”.

In any event, all of these trailers is only making me more hyped up to see the Muppets on the big screen. Of course, I’ve always been a Muppets fan, ever since I saw “The Muppets Movie” as a kid.

“The Muppets” is written by Segel and directed by James Bobin. The movie follows the Muppets as they reunite to stop an oil tycoon from tearing down their beloved studio. Like most Muppet films, “The Muppets” has tons of celebrity cameos, including Katy Perry, David Grohl, Mickey Rooney, Alan Arkin, Whoopi Goldberg, French Stewart, Ricky Gervais, Liza Minnelli (who was also in “The Muppets Take Manhattan”) Wanda Sykes, Donald Glover, Rachel Ray, Billy Crystal, Rashida Jones, Danny Trejo, Jack Black, Eric Stonestreet, and a bevy of stars and other movers and shakers in Hollywood.

“The Muppets” comes to theaters November 23, 2011. You can view the trailer below; make sure to leave your opinions about the trailer in the comments section below.
