Bradley Cooper has expressed interest in writing a film adaptation of Dan Simmons’ science fiction novel series ‘Hyperion’, Coming Soon is reporting. The actor has reportedly written a treatment for the potential movie with his friend Conal Byrne, and has brought it to Graham King Productions, which owns the rights to the book series. ‘Taxi’ actor Jeff Conaway has died at the age of 60 in Encion, California, nine days after he was put into a medically induced coma, his manager, Phil Brock, has confirmed to the Hollywood Reporter. His family, including his sisters, nieces and nephews, were with him after they decided to take him off life support. Brock said Conaway, who rose to fame in the hit musical film ‘Grease,’ co-starring Johny Travolta was found unconscious May 11 from an apparent painkiller overdose. ‘Smallville’ executive producers Brian Peterson and Kelly Souders are standing by their decision to stay true to their “No Tights, No Flight” philosophy during the May 13, 2011 series finale, The Hollywood Reporter is confirming.
