Actress Estella Warren is now facing four misdemeanor charges after the allegedly intoxicated behavior that led to her May 23 arrest in LA, PEOPLE is reporting. The ‘Planet of the Apes’ star was charged with DUI, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting a police officer.

The former Maxim hottest woman also allegedly refused to take a blood alcohol test on the night she was arrested. A rep for the LA Sheriff’s Department told PEOPLE on the night of her arrest, Warren “was uncooperative and demanding,” broke out of her handcuffs and tried to flee the police station.

Warren is schedule to be arraigned on June 17 for the misdemeanors, and faces a maximum of six months in jail. She was previously convicted of DUI in 2007.
