After hearing reports that Mad Men actress January Jones, who plays Betty, is pregnant, comes the latest round of news stating that Jones actually may have planned her pregnancy.  According to Matthew Weiner, the creator of AMC’s Mad Men, Jones has wanted children “since I met her” and this was no surprise.  The father of the gorgeous actress’ baby may be unknown, but there’s no doubt that Jones’ offspring won’t be loved to the fullest.  Weiner also went on to state that “she has wanted this very badly.”  Also speaking out about her co-star, Men’s actress Christina Hendricks thinks the mom to be is “going to be amazing, she is going to be someone who is so devoted.”

So how will Jones’ growing tummy come in to play on the show?  Weiner says he hasn’t decided just yet!  “I have to do something about it, but I’m not going to tell. It could be laundry baskets or it could be a body double. There are a million things you can do.”

In other news, January recently made her debut in X Men: First Class, and is soon to be seen in the movie The Hungry Rabbit Jumps where she plays the character Laura Gerard.  Look for Mad Men and Jones to return (hopefully) in 2012 when the series airs its fifth season.
