CNN’s star newsanchor Anderson Cooper will have a new daytime talk show, simply called “Anderson,” which will premiere September 12. In preparation for the upcoming premiere, Cooper gave press members a taste of what his show will be like, according to The Hollywood Reporter. According to Cooper, the show will be about “the people behind the headlines.” The show will be pre-taped, which will allow him to keep doing his live nightly show, “Anderson Cooper 360.” “I like the idea of having a show that represents all sides of my personality, from the serious stuff to the silly reality shows that I’m addicted to.” The show, in Cooper’s words, will…

Lionsgate released the latest movie trailer for the upcoming film “Conan the Barbarian” by director Marcus Nispel Marcus Nispel (Frankenstein, Friday the 13th, Pathfinder) starring Stephen Lang (Avatar), Rose McGowan (Machete, Red Sonja), Ron Perlman (Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires, The Hobbit: Part 2) and Jason Momoa as Conan. The film is based on author Robert E. Howard’s “Conan the Barbarian” character, which he created in 1932. The late fashion designer Alexander McQueen has left $82,000 to his three pet dogs, PEOPLE is reporting. Documents accompanying his will, which were made public on July 26, 2011, revealed that his pets, Minter, a mongrel; Juice, an English bull terrier; and Callum, a Rhodesian ridgeback, will receive the money for their continued care. McQueen, who committed suicide just days after his mother’s death in February 2010, was a known animal lover. He also donated $164,000 to two British animal charities, including Battersea Dogs & Cats Home and The Blue Cross. The two organizations are known for helping find homes for abandoned animals. “There’s going to be more celebrities here than rehab,” says Katherine Heigl’s cahracter in the newly-released “New Year’s Eve” trailer. While the character was talking about people being in Times Square for New Year’s Eve, that statement could have applied to the movie itself. Just like its predecessor “Valentine’s Day,” it seems like everyone who’s alive in Hollywood is in this movie.
