Kathryn Bigelow's Osama Bin Laden Movie Gets A Release Date

Sony has announced the official release date for ‘Hurt Locker’ director Kathryn Bigelow’s upcoming Navy Seal project, a movie that follows the hunt, and ultimate death of Osama bin Laden.  Bigelow and her partner mark Boal have been working on the story for a while with recent changes to the script after the capture of the notoriously evil terrorist leader bin Laden.  Set for it’s official release on October 12, 2012, production is scheduled to begin late this summer with a title of ‘Kill bin Laden’.  The movie will star Joel Edgerton, but additional cast members set to appear have yet to be announced.
