UK directing-writing duo DarkFibre has launched its film campaign for its on-line short ‘Unwatchable,’ which chronicles the atrocities being committed in the Congo over blood minerals. The short highlights the link between the minerals imported from the Congo that are not only used in electronics, but also in conjunction with weapons of war in the country. ‘Unwatchable’ also shows the crimes committed by armed gangs in the Congo. The short follows a Congoleseoman, Masika, whose family is brutalized by armed militia. The roundtables include Rogen and Gordon-Levitt, as well as fellow cast members Bryce Dallas Howard, Anna Kendrick and writer Will Reiser. First was the red Swingline stapler, originally out of production but made popular again by “Office Space,” now fellow “Case of the Mondays” show “The Office” has premiered its own item, a tablet called the Pyramid. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the device debuted on Thursday’s episode. Dwight (Rainn Wilson) showed the Dunder Mifflin employees the tablet, saying the tablet was in the shape of a pyramid “[s]o you can tell your clients: Unleash the power of The Pyramid.” However, the tablet comes with a huge battery pack and a memory booster, which brings the entire tablet at around 3 pounds. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the popular musical show has slipped down the list of the Billboard Hot 100. According to the site and Nielsen SoundScan, while the cover of “Unusual” came in at No. 65 with 40,000 downloads sold, the top track from Season 2, the cover of “Empire State of Mind,” came in at No. 21 with 106,000 downloads. TV Land has announced that they have acquired the broadcasting rights to “The Dick Van Dyke Show,” according to Deadline. The show, which aired from 1961 to 1966 and starred Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore, will premiere on October 3, fifty years to the day after it premiered on CBS.
