NBC has committed to a new upcoming project from Super 8′s J.J. Abrams and Supernatural creator Erik Kripke. According to Deadline, the pilot commitment is for a new series, entitled ‘Revolution’, that has been described as an “epic adventure thriller, but that’s where the details stop. Unfortunately anything else surrounding the show is being held under wraps with fans left to wonder. The Onion is generally known for their funny satire are now being accused of taking a joke too far. Thursday, the site tweeted a “breaking story” about a hostage situation in the Capitol building.
