Arnold Schwarzenegger’s love child, 14-year-old Joseph Baena, honored his father by wearing a Conan the Barbarian costume on Halloween at Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Frightfest, TMZ is reporting. Joseph, who recently found out the truth of who his father really is, completed the costume with a massive sword.
It’s unknown if Schwarzenegger and Joseph have a relationship, after it was revealed in May 2011 that the former California governor fathered an illegitimate child with one of his household staff members. The woman turned out to be housekeeper Mildred Baena, who worked for the actor for more than 20 years.
Schwarzenegger publicly admitted that he had the affair, and fathered a son with Baena, after she threatened to go public with the news. After the admission, Schwarzenegger and his wife of 25 years, Maria Shriver, separated. She moved out of the family’s Brentwood mansion after he admitted Joseph was his child.
At the time, Schwarzenegger released a statement, saying “After leaving the governor’s office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago. I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my family and friends. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family.”
