Right now, everyone is talking about Kim Kardashian’s 72-day marriage to basketball star Kris Humphries. Most people have come to the logical conclusion that it was a sham wedding only meant to boost ratings for the Kardashian’s reality show (and the Kardashian’s paychecks). However, People is reporting that Kris Jenner, Kardashian’s mom, is saying that everyone just needs to back off.

According to the site, Jenner stated on the Johnjay and Rich Show that the judgement needs to end. ‘She made a decision based on whatever feelings she had,” she said. “I didn’t interrogate her. She’s not the first person in the world to get a divorce or to have something like this happen, and she won’t be the last…people have to stop judging.” She also stated that she trusts Kardashian’s judgement.

Well, of course, just because Jenner said for people not to judge or speculate doesn’t mean that people don’t already have their minds made up. The only solace the Kardashians have is that the news cycle is quick and afflicted with ADHD–soon something else egregious will be up in our faces soon enough.
