Joseph Gordon-Levitt who stars in the upcoming films “The Dark Knight Rises” and “Django Unchained” is one of the coolest actors, it seems. Almost everyone in the blogosphere seems to love this guy. One reason why they love him is because crazy covers of well-known songs, such as “Bad Romance,” “Natural Woman,” “I Don’t Look Back in Anger” and “Who’s Lovin’ You.” This latest video isn’t an exception.

At the last hitRECord show, Gordon-Levitt played his guitar and sang an acoustic version of R.Kelly’s popular “Ignition (Remix),” as reported by MovieLine. It’s pretty outrageous, and he can sing rather well. Color me impressed as well as an even bigger fan of Gordon-Levitt.

“Last hitRECord show of the year!” Gordon Levitt wrote on his hitRECordJoe blog. “We did thirteen of them in three countries in 2011. Imagine what we’ll be able to do if/when I get a moment when I’m not doing other (awesome) jobs full-time. ”

Since this is, in fact, the last hitRECord show of the year, what songs do you want/hope Gordon-Levitt will sing at the hitRECord shows for 2012? I think it would be awesome if he sang a James Brown song or CeeLo Green songs.

You can view the performance below the post.

HitRECord is Gordon-Levitt’s production company. According to the hitRECord Tumblr, the company is an “open collaborative production company” where writers, filmmakers, editors, artists, musicians and others come together to make films. You can visit hitRECord here.
