Former 90210 alum Brian Austin Green has served his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil of General Hospital fame with a lawsuit for $200,000. Green filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court, reporting that Marcil owes him the large sum of money she borrowed before giving birth to their now nine year old son. The longtime actor, who is now married to Transformer actress Megan Fox, says that he wrote several personal checks, that were not gifts, to the forty-three year old actress, who is now married to CSI: NY actor, Carmine Giovinazzi, with the stipulation that the money was to be paid back.

Now years later, Green says he has yet to see the $200,000 loan repaid to him since 2000, and after asking for the money this past November, Marcil says that she isn’t paying him back. The Smallville actor is asking for the full amount, and is also seeking unspecified damages, after suing Marcil for “breach of contract, breach of oral agreement and negligent misrepresentation.”

Green currently stars in the TV series The Wedding Band as the character Tommy. He is also part of the upcoming flick Last Stop, with previous roles in Adults Only, Desperate Housewives, ChromeSkull: Laid to Rest 2, Suite 7, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, CSI: Miami, and more.
