Penelope Cruz has been added to the list of presenters at the 84th Academy Awards ceremony, telecast producers Brian Grazer and Don Mischer have announced. Cruz, who won a Best Supporting Actress Academy Award in 2009 for her role of Maria Elena in ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona,’ joins already announced presenters Halle Berry, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Tom Hanks, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez and the twice-nominated cast of ‘Bridesmaids.’

The 84th Academy Awards ceremony will be televised live on ABC on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 8:30 pm EST/5:30 pm PST, and will be broadcast in more than 225 countries. The ceremony, which will honor film achievements in 2011, will be held at the Kodak Theatre at the Hollywood and Highland Center in Los Angeles.
